Carmen's Success Story
Through the RYF toolkit, Carmen learned of support resources she never knew about to help her work on her mom's care, housing, Medicaid and end-of-life issues. She also turned the mirror on herself and identified her own health risks, began an exercise program and worked on long-term care and financial plans and a will, so she would not burden her own children.
