Elaine appreciated the opportunity her company gave her to clarify her interests and values via the RYF toolkit. Through the tools, Elaine discovered a hidden dream she had to become a teacher. Recognizing her skills in sales and her knowledge of the Chinese culture, Elaine’s manager offered her a position running Sales Training and Development for the Asia Division. Elaine is thrilled and is currently taking courses to get prepared for her new assignment.
